As I’m typing these words, many of you – our customers, partners, prospects, and supporters – have likely already experienced various countermeasures implemented around the world to stop the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus).
In light of these events we would like to assure you that we are fully prepared to continue our operations during the coronavirus outbreak. We do not foresee any impact on the delivery of Resco products, services, or support. And we want to assure all customers and partners that we are executing our continuity plan, so you can continue working with all your Resco-based solutions as usual.
Just like your well-being, the health and safety of our personnel remain at the forefront of our minds. For Resco, this means fully complying with instructions from Slovak and the United States’ governments (where our offices are located) and also following WHO’s recommendations. Crucially, we’re adhering to social distancing, with all of our staff working remotely from home (or other secure locations) since last Thursday.
However, aside from putting our in-person trainings and events on hold for the time being, no Resco operations will be affected. And even those in-person gatherings will be replaced by multiple webinars and digital sessions. All of which you can keep track of at our Events website.
