Field service processes can be quite complex. From scheduling service appointments and filling out work order forms, to collecting data, taking photos in the field, and then uploading them to a CRM system. In 2008, the United Nations declared August 19 as World Humanitarian Day (WHD) in commemoration of the 2003 bomb attack on the UN headquarters in Baghdad, Iraq, killing 22 humanitarians. Since then, it’s a day for recognizing and celebrating those working relentlessly on making the world a better place for the less privileged, often even risking their lives to do so.
All over the world, we’re still in the middle of fighting the COVID-19 pandemic, which makes the work of humanitarian activists and organizations ever so challenging and dangerous. This year’s WHD focuses on these #RealLifeHeroes, who continue to protect and save lives despite the risks and threats posed by the pandemic.

I`m not an extrovert when it comes to this type of communication, but something has changed. Something forces me to share my experience, my observations of the Salesforce ecosystem that Resco joined 4 years ago.
Why Microsoft recommends and uses the Resco mobile app for its field service projects
The Resco Inspections app for Salesforce comes with several sample questionnaire checklists for manufacturing, energy, and property maintenance processes. All templates have been designed in cooperation with our customers and partners. They are a result of the countless discussions we had with them at conferences all around the world.
There are 12 free templates in total and all of them can be used straight away or you can use them as a starting point for further customization to fit your specific processes. You can access the templates in just a matter of minutes, speeding up and simplifying the process of questionnaire building, as well as the entire inspections process.
