This summer, we have started a new era at Resco. First, Resco was recognized in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Mobile Application Development Platforms 2018 report. This is a huge milestone for us and we are very proud of this achievement. It finally puts Resco where it belongs for quite some time—a mobile strategy for businesses.
Second big news is a new cooperation we agreed upon with Microsoft (more details coming soon). Continue reading →
Just three short years ago, we organized Resco’s first ever multi-day event in the U.S.A. It was in the center of American history, the city of Boston. Time is of the essence, and in 2018 we are making a new mark. A new resco.next event. Continue reading →

The Customer 360 Summit by Gartner was held in the sunny San Diego, CA earlier in September 2015. As the 360 Summit is Gartner’s premiere event focusing on the customer: from engagement to experience, technologies and applications all across the CRM systems, Resco couldn’t miss it.
The news about the FieldOne acquisition that resonated in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM industry popped up on the radar of many of you—our customers and partners.
Let me first congratulate FieldOne and Microsoft on behalf of the entire Resco team.
As many of you know, the mobile solution within the FieldOne Sky product is based on Resco Mobile CRM: the bulletproof offline capabilities, maps, GPS navigation, calendar/scheduling or multiplatform configuration tool to tweak the app to name just a few perks of Resco. No wonder the mobile customer service technology is mentioned as one of the top reasons behind the Microsoft – FieldOne deal, as reported by GeekWire, Fortune, InformationWeek and many others. Hello everyone. We are coming up with some new features for our mobile CRM solution. This time we are improving the overall quality of the app and its configurator.

AES Encryption of the Database
Reminders for Tasks and Appointments (iOS and Windows Phone 7)
Better Visualization of All Day Events in Calendar
Dashboards on Phone Platforms
Possibility to Change and/or Hide the Device Settings in Woodford
Force Full Sync
Activate/Deactivate Form Rules
String, Numeric, Date Form Rule Functions
View Configuration for Associated Lists and Activity Party Lookups
Option of Converting Emails into Leads
We are truly grateful to our partners and customers for actively participating on the development of the solution. Your ideas and suggestions were the ones that greatly helped us with identifying the needs of the mobile app users. Thank you!
And, of course, stay tuned for new features and improvements that are to come.
As part of the new Collaboration Update, we are adding a rocket engine to the configurator called Woodford. The new version (to be released on October 2nd) features Form Rules Editor allowing the administrators to easily define rules, under which mobile forms can be dynamically modified, or validated depending on field values or user input. The new Editor will work like the View — Filter Designer with no programming needed.
Resco Form Toolkit
New Form Rules we are implementing is a great move forward to make mobile app customization as simple as possible. And this is just beginning.
