resco.next 2020 Virtual: The final countdown has begun

We’re only two weeks away from our annual conference – resco.next. And for the very first time, it’s going to be an entirely virtual event.  
In our previous blog post, we revealed the event agenda and some exciting details that we can all look forward to. To follow up on that, let us introduce you to the special guests who will talk at resco.next 2020 Virtual on November 12. 

Get to know our guest speakers 

Craig Chapa, CTO of Key2Act 

To kickstart the conference, Resco’s CEO, Miro Pomsar, will deliver the Keynote, starting at 2 PM CET. Craig Chapa, CTO at Key2Act, will be making a special appearance, discussing Key2Act’s partnership with Resco during this session. 

Benny Van Hyfte, General Manager at ESC 

Coming up next, in the Resco Inspections session, you can hear two customer stories – the first from our partners at ESC. Benny Van Hyfte will share the details of how and why their customers implemented Resco InspectionsHe will also discuss the purposes and processes they are using the solution for, what they gained with Resco technology, and much more. 

Aljosa Nikolic, Analyst at NAI Significa 

NAI Significa‘s Aljosa Nikolic will also talk about the company’s journey of implementing Resco Inspections and why it was important for them to have a solution that offers its own cloud platform. NAI Significa is a global consulting company with experience in valuation services ranging from real estate, machines and equipment, real estate brokerage, energy review certificates, and financial consulting services. 

Rasmus Bjørn Vinther, IT Developer at Kemp & Lauritzen 

For our session covering field service, Rasmus Bjørn Vinther fromKemp & Lauritzen, Denmark’s largest technical installation company, will join the virtual stage. Rasmus will talk about their experience with the Resco-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service mobile app, the transition to Field Service 2.0, and the field service industry’s future challenges.  

Conrad LaPointe, CEO of Habitat for Humanity 

As part of the session dedicated to Salesforce, we’ll interview Conrad LaPointe, CEO of Habitat for Humanity– a nonprofit housing organization working with the world’s most impoverished communities. And Resco Inspections for Salesforce is supporting Habitat on their mission to make adequate housing accessible and affordable for everyone, regardless of their circumstances. We’ll chat with Conrad about their work processes. Besides that, we’ll also discuss what makes Resco the ultimate solution for organizations like Habitat for Humanity, which perform most of their operations offline, often in rural areas.  

Julia Taube, ISV Senior Associate Account Manager at Salesforce

Julia is Resco’s closest point of contact at Salesforce, and we are honored to have her as a guest speaker. During the Salesforce-dedicated session, she will describe how the Salesforce ecosystem works and how Resco fits in. Julia will help attendees better understand how Resco enhances Salesforce and vice versa. On top of that, she will also showcase the new Resco Inspections listing in the biggest B2B store: Salesforce AppExchange.

Tom Moortgat, Managing Director at Avento 

Juraj Mojik, Head of Product at Resco, will be joined by Avento’s Tom Moortgat to discuss enterprise mobility innovation and disruption. A leader in FMCG business systems on the Belgian market, Avento built their offering on Resco combined with Microsoft Dynamics 365. Their solutions provide field technicians with effective, quick, and fully offline mobile tools. Tom will discuss upcoming challenges for field sales, technological innovation and describe their partnership program with Resco.
