The clock is ticking impatiently, and you are looking at your overwhelming to-do list. You promised your kids to prepare their favorite dish for dinner. However, there are still so many other things you must do – walk your dog, do the grocery shopping, not even mentioning that you’re waiting for a package to be delivered. How to align all these tasks perfectly?
First of all, you need to have an overview of everything that needs to be done. Only then can you look at the individual tasks and decide how and in what order you will execute them. The key to this is knowledge and skills.

You know what your kids’ favorite meal is. You prepared that dish several times before, so instead of following a recipe, you can rely on your previous experience of preparing it.
You know where the nearest supermarket is, so you don’t have to think about the directions to get there. Plus, you can take your dog for a walk while going there – ticking off two tasks at once.
And you know how long all these tasks will take, so you can get back in time for your package delivery.
There are two essential things you need to make all this happen – knowledge and skills. And we can apply the same formula for a new project implementation.
You need to know your clients (kids), you need to know which ingredients (features) to use and how to prepare the dish itself (implement the solution). You need to know where to go shopping (where to get information and resources) and how long the process will take (implementation, configuration, testing, training) so that you can manage also other activities that are part of your business.
This is what we focused on when preparing our Learning and Training Resources for you.
Our mission at Resco Academy is to design all our courses in a way that will make you think, and at the same time, will help you understand Resco technology. We want you to take full advantage of the learning materials without wasting your time and resources.

How we do that?

1. By referencing our resources, so you can choose which one suits your current needs (fast lookup or comprehensive Learning Path, videos or text form, etc.) the most.
You can find links in Resco’s Wiki related to a specific topic in Resco Academy and vice versa:

Moreover, in our Academy courses, you will find the links to our webinars related to the course topics:

2. By telling stories to help you understand how each feature works in real life.

3. By providing hands-on exercises with detailed explanations to help you gain knowledge through solving practical issues.

4. By being there for you when you need support – to help you avoid common problems and solve (nearly) any issues 😉

Your feedback matters

At Resco, our partners have always been an instrumental part of everything we do. That’s why you can find a feedback section in every Academy course. Here you can share your opinions and suggestions for further improvement. We carefully read every comment and shape the content accordingly.
Whether it’s about making new courses, updating current ones, or creating new activities, our approach is always the same. As Benjamin Franklin once said:

“Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn.”
