Resco.next has brought together the mobile CRM community in Vienna this June. But just as the rumble starts to settle down, we’re already working hard to make sure we bring the mobile CRM conference across the Atlantic with even more to offer.
The US edition of resco.next will take place on September 14-15 in Boston, Massachusetts. In case you’ve still not decided on attending, below we list the top 5 experiences not to be missed during this two-day event.

1. Expand your horizons

“There’s ever something more to learn that you might not find by yourself, but discover when you get guided,” one of the attendees at the Viennese resco.next noted. That’s the spirit we’re going for with the Boston edition as well.
Whether you want to take a technical deep-dive or uncover new usage scenarios. The conference is designed to cater to both IT and business-oriented CRM professionals. With over 20 educational sessions divided in Technical Beginner, Technical Advanced and Business Track attendees can create an individual mix that will broaden their knowledge and boost their skills.
As another attendee in Vienna put it, “Resco is providing some good insights on how to do things better.”

2. Meet with fellow CRM buffs and Resco folks

“Communication. That’s what took resco.next to the next level,” we often heard in Vienna. And indeed, nothing can instigate new ideas like a lively discussion. In Boston you will have a plenty of opportunities to get the debate going with peers from the Dynamics CRM community and the team of Resco alike.
Sessions, roundtable discussions, breakfasts, lunches, coffee breaks, after-sessions program. Those are all occasions to exchange insights from which the next great thing for your business might be born.
“And just as much as the attendees can learn from us, we can learn from them,” adds Ivan Stano, COO at Resco. We look forward to your feedback, so come and discuss with us in person.

3. Cutting-edge technology at hand

Figuratively and literally. Explore the latest updates of Resco Mobile CRM app, discover the brand new Resco CRM or the industry trends and best practices. But not only Resco’s products will take the stage. Smart glasses from Google and Epson, Apple Watch and Sony’s smart watch will also make an appearance at resco.next. And not merely an appearance. The attendees will be able to try them and wear the future themselves. Smartphones, tablets and laptops have been with us for a while. Join us to find out what direction will the wearables take in business environment.

4. Enjoy yourselves at the evening receptions

If you arrive to Boston early, swing by for the welcome reception that will take place on September 13, in Holiday Inn Boston – Bunker Hill, the official conference hotel. Get to know your fellow attendees, Resco professionals and guest speakers before the official program gets underway.
On Monday, September 14, the conference reception after the sessions will be your chance to continue the discussions in an informal atmosphere. Meet us over the finest meals and drinks Boston has to offer and relax before the second day of resco.next.

5. Explore the City on a Hill, the Cradle of Liberty, the Bean Town

The above are just a few of the many nicknames the City of Boston has. The largest city of New England is, with its compact layout and clean streets, ideal for exploring on foot. Walk along the Freedom Trail discovering sites pertaining to the Revolutionary War or try some of the city’s best restaurants and cafés in the South End neighborhood. Or go see the legendary Red Sox, Bruins and Celtics. And if you’re not into art, history or sports you can always checkout the shops and boutiques of Newbury Street in the picturesque Back Bay area. Boston has it all.
