What languages does Resco Mobile CRM speak?

Resco’s Mobile CRM for Dynamics CRM supports 25 languages by default.

If you want a list of what these are, look no further, here it is:

Add an additional language

On top of the above listed languages, you can add new languages from your Dynamics CRM server into the Resco Mobile CMR app.

This is how:

Step 1: Go into Woodford and open the section Localizations

Step 2: Click on ˈNewˈ and in the window that will pop up, choose the language you want to add from the list of server-supported languages. Then choose a template.

Note: Those names/expressions that are unique to mobile CRM app (are not used on the CRM server) will take the translation from the chosen template. They are distinguished by a bold font, so you can see what these are (and translate them).

Did you know? You can also mutate a language

This comes in handy, if the given name/expression does not fit onto a small screen of a phone or tablet. Or if it just isn’t translated well.

Step 1: Open the Localizations section in Woodford.

Note: If you want to do this for a specific mobile project, not for the whole organization, open the Localizations section in that particular mobile project.

Step 2: Locate the name/expression you want to change (browse through the sections or use the search) and change it.
