This is the second part of Resco MobileCRM 2013 Retrospective. Now we’ll take a look at the development of our partner & customer base.

We are technology enthusiasts (or geeks – whichever you prefer). Our main focus has always laid on the development of the product. Hence there was not much time left to be able to serve all individual needs our customers had.
We just can’t do and be everywhere. But then again, we don’t need to.
We have partnered up with MS Dynamics providers and they do a pretty darn good job at customizing, supporting and overall tailoring Resco MobileCRM for customers. That’s why it’s great to see that more and more IT professionals are eager to work with us. And believe me, it is a pleasure to work with them.
Our partner network has doubled in just 1 year! Bringing us to today’s list of 260 Resco partners. They can be found everywhere – down under in Australia, up north in Canada; even in smaller parts of the world, such as British Virgin Islands or Trinidad and Tobago…
Unlike Rolling Stones, we can get satisfaction. And that is from seeing our customer base more than triple within this year.
Already more than 500 corporate customers have put their trust in our hands. This translates into several thousands of people, who are using the professional version of Resco MobileCRM.
They form a very diverse (yet at least in one way similar) mixture of users – ranging from sales people working for manufacturing concerns, to agents selling life insurance or workers that install and repair garage doors.
I, for all, can say we are pleased they choose us. And we are more than ready to get new ones on board!
